Prior to founding LandStone, Mr. Wade spent five years managing the entitlement processing of a real estate portfolio of a private equity firm that sold their assets to The Montecito Companies, a Las Vegas-based real estate investment & development company in 2006, where Mr. Wade became Director of Operations for California. In his role as CEO, Mr. Wade is responsible for management, oversight and strategic direction of the affiliated business services of The LandStone Companies and serves as the Manager and/or Managing Member of the firm’s various LLC’s and investment funds. Mr. Wade attended California State University at Bakersfield (“CSUB”), majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Economics and Finance.

He has appraised, auctioned, or liquidated business assets ranging from food service, hospitality, machinery, supermarket, bakery, rolling stock, computers-IT, aircraft-aviation, yellow iron, post production, and over 100+ other categories. Mr. Wohl is based out of the company’s headquarters in Manhattan Beach, California.
